Are you a champion for the customer? Are you passionate about understanding customers’ behavior and what they need to succeed?

Culturally, we believe that great people working together make great companies and that starting with the customer moves us forward.  Community matters to us; it’s fundamental to our company’s growth and to the well-being of the world at large. We power communities by connecting local merchants to millions of consumers and help them grow their businesses.

  • Creative approach to delivering research findings with different levels of fidelity to match the audience's needs.

  • Contribute to the growth and evolution of the User Experience Research team by training others in the Design Union and in the product organization to conduct tactical level research themselves and work as a coach and consultant.
