From tax to treasury and FP&A to A/P, our teams connected to Finance manage monetary complexities at a global scale in a new business category that continues to expand. As a conglomeration of number-savvy professionals who encompass multiple teams, they ensure everything from our month-end close processes to our P&L ownership and SG&A are on point. Our Tax team is responsible for the worldwide tax compliance, provision calculations, and planning for the company. We have it all – technical issues, process development, technology implementation, and communication needs to name a few. You will have access to some of the top authorities in the field as we complete each project.

We are seeking a senior tax analyst to join our Global Tax Compliance Function.  The senior analyst will support the global income tax compliance and planning processes.  In addition, there will be heavy involvement with the US domestic compliance and provision functions, along with ad hoc special projects.  The ideal candidate must be capable of juggling multiple tasks while performing difficult calculations specific to technology companies, be able to collaborate with people throughout all parts of the organization, and have a desire to grow in both domestic and global tax.

We're a "best of both worlds" kind of company. We're big enough to have resources and scale, but small enough that a single person has a surprising amount of autonomy and can make a meaningful impact. We're curious, fun, a little intense, and kind of obsessed with helping local businesses thrive. Does that sound like a compelling place to work?

You’ll spend time on the following:

  • Support of the domestic and global corporate compliance process and tax filings, including the review of calculations / returns, managing the upcoming deadlines, and research & analysis of key tax issues.

  • Assistance with US and global tax audits.

  • Support of tax reporting for US GAAP and statutory audit purposes.

  • Build strong connections across all departments, including but not limited to accounting, finance, and legal.

  • Work on ad hoc domestic and international tax planning projects.

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

  • CPA, Master's in Tax

  • 2-4 years of corporate income tax experience

  • You're a details person with a penchant for preparing meticulously accurate work

  • You're proactive, curious, enthusiastic, adaptable in a fast paced environment, and see challenges as an opportunity to grow

  • You can juggle multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines without breaking a sweat

  • Working knowledge of NetSuite and / or OneSource a plus

  • Experience in tax accounting (FAS109) is a plus
