Senior Marketing and Merchandising Coordinator

The Senior Marketing and Merchandising Coordinator will provide operational support to the Central Merchandising Strategy & Operations Team. This role will focus on assisting with the execution of the daily tasks associated with delivering the plan of the merchandising campaigns and overall site experience. This position requires a drive to get things done, strong communication and problem-solving skills, confidence, strong desire to learn and an ability to self-start. They will be a part of a  team that will work on big-picture strategies to increase overall financials but will also be responsible for reacting quickly to changing company initiatives and any downward trends.

You’ll spend time on the following:

  • Manages marketing assets through back-end tools across multiple platforms - including site, mobile, and email

  • of site promotions: email, banner placements (email & site), navigation updates

  • Build out email creation files for Daily Emails: assets, links, dates, etc.

  • Curate Inventory for Daily Emails and site collections: Pull persona IDs and tags /Tag inventory 

  • Build audiences/update Tetris based on CRM provided details

  • Build incentives based on CRM provided details

  • Build out vertical site and email landing pages

  • Submit Freshdesk tickets for Campaigns

  • Create grids for events and ensure completion

  • Build out promos in Incentive Service

  • Cross-reference deals planned for Deal of the Day campaigns against deals submitted in the loader ADA Push images and taglines; 

  • Execute special projects as assigned

  • Quality assurance site and email checks

  • Supports the Team Lead with Quality Assurance and Reporting tasks 

  • Manages and overlooks operational / process updates, ensuring these are implemented properly 

  • Acts as a primary point of contact between stakeholders and the ops team

  • Acts as an SME within the team, prepares materials and provides training whenever necessary

  • Evaluates areas for operational improvement

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • +2 year of experience in digital marketing

  • +1 years of experience as a Marketing and Merchandising Coordinator (or equivalent)

  • Strong and detailed organization and process skills given the highly visible output of this position

  • Fluent English (B2)

  • Ability to pivot quickly due to changing priorities

  • Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills, not afraid to ask questions

  • Can effectively cope with change; can shift gears comfortably; isn't upset when things are up in the air; 

  • Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully and achieve deadlines; is constantly and consistently one of the top performers; steadfastly pushes self and others for results; 

  • Enjoys working hard; is action oriented and full of energy for the things that he/she sees as challenging.
