Senior Manager, Customer Lifecycle Programs

The Senior Manager, Customer Lifecycle Programs, based in Dublin will help develop our global CRM strategy in order to drive customer activation, engagement and profitable, long-term customer relationships. You will work with a cross-functional team of business partners to ensure effective customer relationship strategies are implemented across channels and platforms. 


You’ll spend time on the following:


  • Lead and evolve Groupon’s global customer lifecycle marketing programs including onboarding, retention and purchase frequency, loyalty and win back management

  • Evolve strategy and programs for lifecycle engagement across marketing channels and onsite platforms

  • Lead customer lifecycle management, partnering closely with channel partners, to enable targeted prospecting, acquisition, activation, frequency, and retention campaigns to be built and delivered as part of customer journeys

  • Collaborate closely with channel partners to develop triggered and targeted content strategy with clear objective function by segment

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the company to identify, prioritize, and ensure the development and delivery of targeted lifecycle marketing campaigns across managed and paid channels

  • Establish collaborative relationships and ways of working with the Customer Services team and develop and manage initiatives including a Customer Contact Program, Satisfaction Surveys and Voucher and Credit redemption programs.

  • Partner with marketing, product, engineering, and operations teams to define, design, and implement the features in our marketing platforms that improve our ability to effectively and efficiently activate and retain customers

  • Develop CRM OKRs and collaborate closely with channel teams, product management, revenue management and finance partners to achieve goals

  • Manage, develop and inspire a team of lifecycle marketing specialists 


We're excited about you if you have:


  • 10+ years of CRM and lifecycle marketing experience

  • Extensive experience with global email and push marketing channels

  • Solid understanding of paid marketing channels, including SEM, Paid Social and Display Advertising

  • Ability to think strategically and build and deliver hands-on (without agency reliance)

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a cross-functional team, and to lead others by influence and example

  • Experience effectively leading and managing diverse, high performing global teams
