We're a "best of both worlds" kind of company. We're curious, fun, a little intense, and passionate about helping local businesses thrive. Does that sound like a compelling place to work?

You’ll spend time on the following:

  • Manage the monthly accounting close review process, ensuring all entries are booked timely and accurately, and producing variance analysis vs. prior forecasts

  • Partner with the Global Marketing team to drive the quarterly financial forecast process and ensure the team is handling to its financial targets

  • Build and oversee forecasting models for weekly, monthly, and annual planning processes

  • Complete monthly variance analysis to assist marketing and finance leaders in understanding financial results versus plan/forecast

  • Develop, own and run financial models to support key initiatives and business decisions

  • Analyze operating and financial trends and find opportunities and develop alternatives to improve performance

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3-4 years experience in related Finance support role

  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented

  • Thrive in a fluid and dynamic team environment, and embrace ambiguity

  • Experience working at a multinational organization operating across geographies, timezones, and cultures is a plus

  • Builder mentality - identifies problems quickly and is eager to build solutions from scratch, not just improve on others work

  • Bonus points if you have experience or familiarity with online marketing and ecommerce environments
