Giftcloud is looking for a Project Lead to help Giftcloud deliver projects from initial scoping through business readiness to post live analysis. We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who has some experience of project management or a product role, and is looking to build these skills learning on the job.
Working closely with the Sales, Admin, Account Management and Technical teams as well as directly with clients, you will help identify opportunities to improve the Giftcloud product, aid the prioritisation of new features and ensure these new features are delivered on time with the expected ROI.
Duties include:

Working with others to scope and identify opportunities to improve the Giftcloud product keeping the customer at the centre of everything.

Work closely with the Client Services’ Team and Account Management team to understand client’s long term objectives, helping to deliver product opportunities to increase performance. Help design and create persuasive proposals to present to clients

Work closely with the Admin Team to help identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to workflow to create efficiencies.

Together with the Technical team manage the technical roadmap and suggest prioritisation for work in line with business priorities and client needs.

Create and develop fully costed project plans for key projects and ensure these are delivered within timescales and deliver expected ROI.

Understand trends across the industry, activity with the competitor landscape and undertake analysis to identify improvements and potential new revenue streams for the business.

Attend the daily scrum meetings

Co-host and attend sprint planning, refinement and retrospective meetings

Assist in the writing of user stories, bugs and tasks using Jira.

Occasionally present to clients new ideas and product prototypes.
Key Competencies and Experience

Some experience of managing projects from concept to delivery and through evaluation.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written) with both internal teams and external parties.

An understanding of agile and scrum techniques
-
Ability to elicit and analyse requirements using a range of techniques (interviews, modelling, competitor analysis etc)
-
Some experience of clearly presenting requirements solutions to various parties using a range of techniques (flow charts, wireframes, mockups etc)

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders
-
Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines in a fast paced environment

A great team player

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
