Mobile Campaign Operations Specialist

We are looking for a team player who is motivated and enthusiastic about all things Mobile. Working in a fast-paced shared services environment, the Mobile Campaign Operations Specialist will support the Mobile Marketing team to drive our online marketing activities globally.

As a Mobile Campaign Operations Specialist , you will be responsible for campaign execution activities to help achieve Groupon’s App growth across our North America and International markets. This role includes running, developing and monitoring app download campaigns through various digital ad platforms. You will play an important role in building campaigns & weekly performance reports for Mobile. This position requires attention to detail, passion for operational excellence, and the ability to multitask while working to tight deadlines.

You’ll spend time on the following:

  • Build paid mobile campaigns to drive app downloads and increase Groupon’s app customer base and engagement. Work with the Mobile team to deliver programs which will drive growth across paid and organic;

  • Optimize campaigns directly in Facebook, Google, Apple and various other platforms, ensuring budget efficiency and KPI realisation;

  • Work with your stakeholders to facilitate all analysis and measurement reporting required;

  • Ensure maximum operational accuracy and financial efficiency for mobile app install campaigns;

  • Be accountable to the business for day to day operational activity, efficiency and spend allocation;

  • Work closely with other Marketing Teams to execute on cross department initiatives;

  • Report invoices from Partners to finance;

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • The successful candidate should have (or be in the process of acquiring) a third level degree in a related field such as Business/Marketing/Online/Communications;

  • 2+ years working experience with digital ad platforms focused on app customer acquisition;

  • 1+ years working experience in an international environment;

  • Experience in paid social (especially Facebook platforms);

  • Understanding digital channel metrics (CPD/CPI);

  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes;

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & flexible hours;

  • Excellent organizational skills;

  • Good interpersonal and strong communication skills;

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage to deliver projects with minimal supervision;

  • Understanding of digital marketing and consumer trends;

  • Technically curious with a thirst for knowledge of Online Marketing;

  • Analytical approach - ability to draw insights from data from different channels;

  • Oral and written language skills in English (C1);

  • Strong technical skills in MS Office and G Suite, especially in Excel.
