Market Manager

Description

You’ll spend time on the following:

  • Focus primarily on direct account management to deliver Room nights/Revenue and acquisition goals through incremental gains in available inventory, optimization of rates to drive best-possible campaign performance in assigned markets;

  • Review available inventory to identify areas where live campaigns can potentially drive more revenue;

  • Provide regular performance reporting analysis to Supply Teams to implement win-win solutions to achieve optimum market performance and beneficial long-term commercial relationships;

  • Align with metrics/ KPIs set in order to grow the business to agreed levels in the assigned market(s);

  • Work closely with senior management and relevant heads of business units to ensure best-possible visibility and understanding of processes and performance.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • BA Diploma Degree

  • preferable in the field of marketing, analysis

  • preferable in marketing, market analysis, data analysis or similar field

  • any relevant experience in business development, account or revenue management in the hotel or travel industry are considered as an advantage

  • English B2 level is a must

  • Good analytical skills allowing to identify the connections between data, trends etc.
  • Well-versed communication skills
  • Excel skills at the intermediate level (create formula, vlookup, pivot table)
  • Ability to self-organize and work independently
  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce, including report building will be an asset
