Even with thousands of employees spread across multiple continents, we still maintain a culture that inspires innovation, rewards risk-taking and celebrates success.

The HRIS team at Groupon is responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, and deployment of HR systems within Groupon's application portfolio. With Workday as our primary HCM system, team members have a primary focus within the various Workday modules and ensuring the integrity of data flowing to downstream internal and 3rd party systems. The HRIS team provides support to our various HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) along with other teams throughout Groupon for a cross-functional team approach to achieve Groupon's organizational goals.

Groupon’s HRIS team is seeking a bright and motivated HRIS Analyst to join our HR Systems team. The HRIS Analyst’s main focus will be the configuration of the Workday system to meet the business’ needs with creative HCM solutions. This new member will be proficient in Workday’s Advanced Compensation module, with the capacity to learn and grow in other areas of Workday. Experience with Workday’s time tracking solution is also preferred. You will assist in the configuration and administration of Workday core business processes, data loads, testing and upgrades.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of standard HR principles and exhibit a thorough understanding of established analytical methods. The HRIS Analyst will join a team that oversees the functional development of Workday HCM for projects that arise due to business needs throughout the organization. Additionally, the HRIS Analyst will work as part of a global HRIS team to support and enhance HR systems.
