What you'll do as CRM expert/manager?
- Data Management: Keep our customer database up to date, ensuring accuracy and actionable data. Resolve any data issues promptly to optimize our CRM efforts.
- Data Analysis: Dive into customer data and CRM metrics to identify trends and patterns. Use your insights to enhance our CRM strategies and drive improvements.
- A/B Testing: Collaborate with the email team to design and execute A/B tests. Evaluate email templates, subject lines, and messaging, and deliver comprehensive reports on performance.
- Email Campaign Management: Work closely with the email team to create, send, and optimize engaging email campaigns. Continuously review metrics and implement strategies to boost open and click-through rates.
- Customer Segmentation: Actively manage customer segments based on behaviors and interactions. Personalize communications to enhance customer engagement.
- Performance Reporting: Generate detailed reports on CRM performance, email campaign results, and A/B testing outcomes. Provide actionable insights to the team and senior management.
- CRM System Optimization: Ensure smooth operation of the CRM system and address any issues promptly to streamline the sales process.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies and platforms.
- Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support on CRM functions to team members. Serve as a point of contact for CRM-related queries.
- Stay Informed : Stay up-to-date with CRM technology and strategies, suggesting enhancements for our existing CRM system.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience as a CRM Specialist or Manager or in a similar data management role with a hands-on approach. Ideally from scaleup, ecommerce or SaaS.
- Possesses strong analytical skills, translating complex data into actionable strategies .
- Has experience in designing and conducting A/B tests and prototypes .
- Excels in problem-solving and pays attention to detail .
- Demonstrates great communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical staff.
Location
- We prefer the Czech Republic/Slovakia, but it's not decisive whether you are located in Prague, Bratislava, Brno, or elsewhere.
